What is your core function? I lead the research, monitoring, and evaluation functions of the Division to ensure that our policy initiatives, projects, programmes, guidelines, and services are based on solid evidence, driven by performance, and aligned with the strategic goals of the Ministry of Health and Wellness.

My Vision for the MOHW: I envision a Ministry of Health that promotes unity, emphasising that we are one cohesive entity working towards shared objectives that all offices and officers contribute to collectively.

What do you enjoy most about your job? I love seeing the policies and programmes making actionable change in the systems and lives of the people.

Which high school did you attend? Camperdown High 

Favourite childhood memory: Summer holidays, having the opportunity to go to the beach.

What would be your dream vacation: Travelling to Japan. I admire the culture and humility of a people who have had many periods of disagreements in their history but still found a way to make it work.
