I focus on enhancing both internal and external client experiences through effective communication and accountability.

WHAT DO YOU ENJOY ABOUT YOUR JOB: The opportunity to bridge the gap between healthcare delivery and client experience. This position allows me to combine my knowledge of public health with a passion for service excellence, ensuring that the people we serve not only receive care, but also feel respected, understood, and valued throughout the process.

FAVOURITE CHILDHOOD MEMORY: Dancing with my parents, especially my dad on Sunday evenings.

WHAT WOULD BE YOUR DREAM VACATION: Switzerland is my dream spring getaway, with breathtaking views, charming villages, and scenic train rides. Sightseeing, eating, and sipping my way through the Alps sounds like perfection.
