WHAT IS YOUR CORE FUNCTION: My core function is to provide strategic project administration and operational oversight, ensuring alignment between governance frameworks, project objectives, stakeholder engagement processes, and implementation deliverables. This includes coordinating project governance mechanisms, monitoring and evaluating work plan performance, maintaining compliance and reporting systems, and managing project risk registers to support effective decision-making, accountability, and timely project execution.

MY VISION FOR THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH & WELLNESS IS: My vision is a continued commitment to advance an innovative and holistic public health model grounded in service, collaboration, and integrated wellness, where strong synergy between clinical and technical expertise drives effective, people-centred health outcomes across all levels of the Ministry.

WHAT DO YOU ENJOY ABOUT YOUR JOB: What I love most about my job is being in the field alongside health workers at all levels, engaging directly with health centres and hospitals and seeing firsthand the impact of public health service delivery. Contributing to the digitalization of immunization records is especially meaningful, as it represents a transformative shift within the Ministry from paper-based systems to secure, accessible, and accurate digital health records. This transition comes at a critical time when resilience and innovation are central to the national agenda, and it is rewarding to be part of a team whose work is directly aligned with national development and public health priorities. Last but not least, I enjoy being a part of an exceptional team and as we perform our duties, however challenging it may be, we have a shared passion and commitment.
